Ingredients Required
• Moong Dal - 1/2 kg
• Two to Three tsp of oil for frying
• Salt to taste
• Red Chilli 1/2 teaspoon
• Coriander 1/2 teaspoon
• Garam Masala 1/2 Tablespoons
• Paneer grated - 100 grams
First wash and clean the moong dal and cover it with water for at least 8 hours before cooking. After 8 hours, wash the lentils well and grind them into fine flourin a mixie. Remove the grounded pulses in a vessel and add salt, pepper, garam masala, coriander and mix the solution. Make a solution and take a nonstick pan and spread gully on it and spread it well and let it dry on a slow eye. When it turns out to be golden on one hand, then turn it back on the other side. When it is cooked on either side, add grated paneer over it and serve hot with chutney or sauce.
