Red Chilli Powder - ¼ teaspoon
Cream - ½ cup
Salt - 1 teaspoon or as per taste
Method
Wash tomatoes, green chilies and ginger, take a bigger cut, put it in a mixer jar and grind it and make a fine paste.
Heat the pan and fry it with fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds and cumin seeds. When the spices are cooled, add a fennel powder or whole-soup and coriander powder or whole coriander in a mixer jar and grind them all lightly.
Heat the pan, add oil, after heating the oil, add asafoetida, turmeric powder and roasted ground spices and fry them lightly. Add tomatoes, green chillies, ginger paste, also add red chili powder and fry the spices until the oil starts to separate on the spices.
As long as the spices roast, prepare the paneer in 1-1 inch pieces and prepare it.
After the oil separates from spices, add cream and fry for 2-3 minutes while running.
After frying the masala, add half a cup of water, salt and garam masala and mix some green coriander and mix it. Let the boil 2-3 times in boiling gravy and after boiling, add the pieces of cheese and cover and let it cook for 2 minutes.
The cottage cheese is ready to be cooked, take it out in a bowl, serve the cottage cheese with chapati parantha, naan or rice and eat it.
suggestion:
To make cottage cheese, gourd can be used to replace the cream, cashew paste or melon seeds paste, mawa, khasakhasa paste. You can make the gravy according to your favorite choice.
If you want to put onions in the gravy, then chop 1 onion finely, first pour the onion in the oil and fry it until light pink, put the rest of the spices in this way, fry it and prepare the vegetable.
