This hotel, now sitting empty and derelict, was built in Communist Poland over the course of over a decade! The building is built in a style called 'brutalist architechture.' I really wanted to explore the inside of this place but there wasn't any easy ways in.

Looks amazing. Very futuristic in an old style kind of way.

I agree, even though it took like 11 years to build, due to basically tough times, when it opened was and still even is one of the most futuristic buildings in Krakow.

Communist, but original

I agree! It's a breath of fresh air from most of the common, bland, cookie-cutter type buildings that were put up during that period. Thanks for checking it out :)
