Comidas venezolanas, antes y después VENEZUELA! (Also it's in english to readers)

•  Bueno mi gente volví, de nuevo, perdón por estar medio perdido pero la situación del país me tiene en otra galaxia. Hoy les voy a hablar un poco sobre el cambio que se ha visto en nuestra cultura de cierta forma, pero me basaré en la alimentación. Les hablaré denuncia antes y un después de Venezuela en ese sentido. En parte por lo que yo mismo he vivido y en parte por lo que me han contado mis padres.

•  El desayuno típico de Venezuela, creo que no es un secreto, que son las arepas, pero las de antes. Saben en pocas palabras las arepas son gloria, se pueden rellenar con lo que sea básicamente, antes no había nada mejor que despertar y comerse hasta 3 arepas cada uno, con queso, jamón, ensalada de atún, huevos revueltos o cualquier otra cosa.

• La paella es el típico almuerzo venezolano, es un plato muy rico, pero no todo el mundo se ve bien, ya que necesita tener el condimento en sus manos, la paella básicamente consiste en un plato que contiene arroz, carne bien adornada picada, plátanos fritos y Platains normales. Parece simple de hacer, pero créanme que no lo es.

•  Por último les mencionare la comida navideña que le mueve el piso al venezolano, las hallacas, la verdad es un poco complicado mencionar su preparación y los ingredientes que lleva, pero son muchos y por esa razón realizar hallacas hoy en día no es algo que todas las familias venezolanas puedan hacer. También puedo mencionar que las hallacas no suelen servirse solas, siempre se acompañan de la ensalada de papá y pollo, pan de jamón y algunas familias hacen un plato llamado carne fría, otras pueden hacer un pedazo de cochino u otras, en dicho caso de tener la posibilidad, hacen ambos.

•  Okey bueno últimamente desde que la escasez comenzó, los venezolanos empezamos a explotar las matas de mango para comer mangos, esos de la foto son mangos verdes los cuales son muy ricos cuando se comen con sal, adobo, y salsa de soya o inglesa, o ambas jajaja, se nos hizo costumbre comer mangos verdes todas las tardes, yo en lo personal lo sigo haciendo ya que detrás de mi casa hay una gran mata de mango

•  Debido a los altos precios en los que se encuentra la carne y el pollo el venezolano empezó a comer sardinas, se ha vuelto muy común almorzar arroz con sardinas fritas, o guisadas, eso depende del gusto de cada persona. A mi me gustan más fritas, se pueden comprar enteras o fileteadas, para que solo sea cuestión de adobarlas y freirlas. Hubo una época hace unos meses en los que varias familias comían sardinas fritas con yuca, y es un plato en lo absoluto muy sabroso

Antes de podía salir y hacer el mercado de mes completo y ahora no, ahora se lucha día a día para ver que se va a desayunar mañana, o que cenaremos hoy... El pueblo en cierta parte empezó a vivir un día a la vez.
