Grupo de militares disidentes envió un mensaje a la población venezolana declararon el articulo 350 en contra el dictator de Nicolás Maduro. encabezados por Juan Caguaripano y Oscar Perez, capitán de la GNB.
En horas se han habido detonaciones en el lugar. La sociedad civil organizada a salido a las calles para apoyar a los militares rebeldes.
