I wanted to thank everyone again for the show of support for the veteran community by reading and engaging with these posts. I have gotten to know the community better myself by reading these over the past few days and have really enjoyed putting this together.
I think that if we all work together to support each other and to help each other grow then we all become better as a Steemit society and economy.
If you haven’t read the initial posts then I would invite you to do so because they are all incredible!
🇩🇪 A beautiful view with a tragic background / Eine schöne Aussicht mit einem tragischen Hintergrund by @betterthanhome
This post treats us to an insider’s view of Southern Germany. I love the detail in this post and the wonderful photos. This is an awesome travel post if you are looking to visit the area!
Song of the Day - Canopy Target by Boreal by @iamevilradio
Today’s “Song of the Day” is a reflective song that allows us to float and drift while thinking about life for a little bit. It’s been a long day of doctor appointments for me so I may listen to this on repeat for a while myself.
Close Encounter with a Black Bear! When raising chickens in the yard by @phelimint
This post details a little mishap with some local wildlife when the author attempted to keep chickens at their home. Great photos with a fun story behind it. Lessons learned abound in this post for anyone looking to take on chickens of their own!
Chicken Massacre Follow-up Post - RESOLVED!!! by @flemingfarm
Another homesteading post from our experienced homesteaders that showcases some trouble that you may run into and how to handle it. It appears the problem has been handled though for now but it’s a little sad the way it had to end.
Revisión de Diablo III - Explicando el juego desde mi punto de vista, lastima que no fue lo que esperaba by @yosuandoni
For our Spanish speaking readers, this is a great post on all things Diablo III if you are a gamer! Very detailed in the explanation of characters, abilities, and the real things that you need to know in order to succeed in game play for this one. Highly recommend if you are interested in Diablo!
Charity Fundraiser for the Philippines and a fellow Steemian's Non-Profit Organization by @derangedvisions
This is by far my favorite post on this list because it details a worthy cause for an organization that has been founded by one of our favorite Steemians @maverickinvictus! Any profit from this post goes straight to helping children get school supplies that they desperately need so please consider helping out! Again, this shows just how awesome @derangedvisions is so please check out his other posts and show some love too.
Reporte de Curación del equipo Bebeth (28-05 al 30-05-18) [REVEUR - Formación continua] by @bebeth
This is another curation post of Spanish writers that Bebeth has chosen to showcase. This post, also, explains the requirements that a post must meet in order to be considered for this curation project.
Military Veterans of Steemit Pushup Challenge by @rakkasan84
My arms already hurt and we haven’t even started this challenge yet! I was Navy so the minimum for my age group is 11 and the maximum is 44. There’s a pay out for this one though if you succeed so its worth trying, right? Check out this post for the rules!
The Got Your Six Contest Winners Announcement! by @inthenow
One thing that I love about the veteran community is how giving they are to each other and to other Steemians. This post is no different! This post is announcing winners for a fun contest so be sure to check it out
Your Past Doesn't Define You by @socent
This is one of my own posts and I wrote it for a friend that feels that he is missing out on opportunities that he wants to take advantage of because of his past. We don’t need to let our past define our future and I wanted to convey that in this post.
This is a very diverse and fun list of posts from our Military of Veterans on Steemit community. We have so much talent in our group on Discord and have so many great discussions so if you are a military veteran then please consider joining our group by leaving a comment on THIS post!
If you would like to support the group then please consider delegating some SP to our bot that supports everyone evenly. We would greatly appreciate it!
Thanks for reading!
Any support for this worthy cause is an A-grade effort. Upvotes and resteems for you @umvbot and @jackmiller.

wow thank you, I´ve just seen that you mentioned my post in this article. thanks for sharing. my grandfather was in that War, luckily he did not die. but ended up in prison for more than 5 years. These 5 years in Prison destroyed the whole family as he wasn´t the same as he returned.
Great work you do here. Following now!
