I'm going to be completly honest and say that i didnt know Puppy Mills existed or even an idea that dogs were sold in glass containers that look like tanks for fishes. I'm Mexican and in my town, when you're looking for a dog all you do is go around town walking and look for a dog that you like and you snatch that lil' bastard. If he aint got no owner or collar, it is now your dog.
