ISIS, low level effective attacks, but like you say, simple plans in place will go a long way so long as Olly Murs isn't anywhere near the area to make people panic.
There will come a critical point in the employment/unenployment vs Robot/human ratio which will be un-sustainable, no doub not in the immediate future.
