I took a hike down to one of my favorite spots on Christmas Eve and decided as an experiment to shoot and edit this short montage entirely on my phone, a Nexus 6p. I hope you enjoy this little wintry meditation.

Yes, Vermillion Falls in Hastings Minnesota. You would never know it was there if you were just passing by on Hwy 61 / Vermillion St, which runs through hastings, but not too far from the main drag is this majestic waterfall I have visited since childhood.
