This is a great idea... very well thought out.

The main issue I’ve allways wondered with decentralised YouTube was ...

...the hosting of so much data. My question is. Is streaming possible, or do you have to download. Torrents are pretty slow compared to streaming centrally.

If its not instant.. it can’t compete.
