“Beauty and Abstraction - Huntington's Dance (Art and the Mind)”

This video art piece was constructed as a reflection on working as an art therapist in a neuropsychiatric hospital ward. Of particular impact was the insidiously slow and subtle nature of the onset of Huntington’s disease and the sense of “drowning” in the loss of control. The piece parallels this slow and subtle nature in-as-much as it, too, takes time to take form - stick with it...
