A description would be good...
When a swimmer does a flip turn during freestyle, he ends up on his back. Normally, when a smimmer comes out of the turn, he immediately rolls over on his stomach and dolphin kicks underwater and then surfaces. Instead, Lochte stays on his back and dolphin kicks, and then turns over as he gets to the surface.
