Why Does nobody care that Disney is a Threat to the Film Industry?

A few weeks ago Disney bought Fox for billions of dollars and yet people only talk about how the xmen will join the cinematic universe! My point is that Disney are just buying out companies instaed of putting out original content.

Disney is destroying the film industry due to buying out all there competition and now they are buying out critics with there "invitations" and "early screenings"

What are disney going to buy next, the entire globe?!
