A Dominican friar was sleeping, his feet were uncovered and Our Lady the Virgin Mary came to anoint the friars by the prayer of Saint Dominic and she saw this saint anointing them all except one, and he went to her and said, Madam, why don't you did you anoint that one?

In the morning she called the friar, and said, what have you done?
He began to examine, and not finding anything that reproached him, he said, I don't know what, but sleeping last night I found my feet uncovered.
Then said the saint, Truly this is that, because you slept immodestly, Our Lady did not anoint you like the others.
