Virily is a so called writing site created by some folks in Estonia. To hide the origin of the site, the nationality of the Owners, they bought a spot on godaddy.
If you join, you are supposed to think this is an American site, located in Arizona.
If you read English, you know most of those on the site don't. Especially their top ten writers. The kind of misspellings, grammatical errors, confusion only happens when a person is delving into a foreign language they don't really grasp.
When you join you are made to understand that every item you submit is 'moderated'. I crack up as I type this for nothing is moderated, your work is delayed to limit your earning.
'Verified users' (the top ten writers) are not. The verified users are the Duals of the Owners.
Hence these Verified Users can publish every minute on the minute, and have their rubbish featured, while you, just an average user, are limited and shoved to the rear.
If you are only published Monday to Friday during a certain time of day, it will take you quite a long time to reach payout.
This is the point of 'moderation', the point of having two different categories of writers.
Think of it, suppose there are 1000 members of Virly. 10 are the Elite. They are always published. Their rubbish gets views from the other users who can not publish. Hence, they are earning.
When Virily decides to stuff its pockets it does one of its many scams.
Most recently it has routed a number of its best users through Word Press. Those users can not create an article. They can write to Admin, but never get an answer. HOWEVER, those Elite who can publish every minute, will create some article addressing the problem.
Dozens of users will comment; thus earning more money for the Elite.
Virily has paid users, usually less than half of their earnings.
