What would you build in your slice of the metaverse?

With the Decentraland token sale beginning in just over a month, the Decentraland community has become vibrant with many ideas and questions. How does Decentraland work? Can I make money in Decentraland? When will I be able to use Decentraland? But there is one question we will be answering today: what will I be able to place on my land?

Here are a few examples. A train station? Yes. A mansion? Yes! A theme park with a roller coaster that does a loop-de-loop seven times and then ends in a swimming pool for you and your friends? Absolutely yes! Your land is yours to do with whatever you please.

Decentraland will allow content creators to publish 3D models such as: buildings and landscapes; digital creations such as video games and interactive experiences; art of all kinds from painting to live digital stage shows, all without any corporation or company controlling what you can or cannot do.

Decentraland will offer a wide range of ways to be creative in what you display on your land. With some basic 3D models and basic coding, you could have your own working cinema open for business in a day.

You can learn more about this project at the Decentraland Slack and Website.

I’ll save you some popcorn. See you in the Metaverse.
