Aight. So I was supposed to study for my exam on Sunday and maybe, write a few paragraphs for my thesis but...
I didn't!
That was not surprising, though because my head was hurting and decided to lay down to rest. However, I couldn't sleep so I opened YouTube, then, I stumbled upon Wil Dasovich's YouTube videos. I subscribed to his channel last year and ever since the internet was disconnected at home (just) last May 19, I haven't been watching his vlogs. It's back now. So, I effing spent my whole afternoon watching him.
How I met Wil?
I started watching Wil's vlogs because of my friend, Arielle Magnaye. She likes watching him so much that I was influenced to watch his video logs, too. We were roommates in our internship in Surigao del Norte so she's like my bestie for a month. Aside from watching YouTube vlogs, she also swayed me to watch How I Met Your Mother that by the end of our On-the-Job Training, I was done watching all 6 seasons. Or might be 7. Can't remember.
So back to Wil. He's a YouTube vlogger with 510,970 subscribers who does daily vlogs (before), travel vlogs (at most), tv commercials (lately), etc. He's from San Francisco, California but is currently living here in the Philippines. He's a Filipino-American and was childhood friends with Zac Efron! Yes! The ZAC EFRON! (I just found out today!) His mom is Kapampangan. Check his YouTube channel here.
I love Wil!
What I love most about Wil's videos is his energy. I like how he moves around so fast and doing everything and anything under the sun. I also love how he's conscious about his body. He like living healthy. He does all those daily exercises, stretches and yogas. He's also very sweet to his nanay (mom) and lola (grandma). He's a typical brother and he's friends and very close to his dad. He's so flexible. He greets everyone. I would really recommend people to watch his vlogs. Yes! I'm plugging him, right now.
After realizing how late it was, I took a break and look at other vloggers in Wil's #vlogsquad to subscribe such as his sister, Haley Dasovich, Daniel Marsh, and Baninay Baustista. I also checked out my favorite vlogger, Cong TV and watched a few Britain-Got-Talent, America-Got-Talent videos.
THEN, THERE IT WAS! I saw it! In one of the related videos was a video about the TOP 10 Highest Paid Filipino YouTubers. I was shocked. Really! I was surprised about how much they're getting paid for making those videos. No wonder, they could travel a lot. That's what I wanted to do! Travel.
But I don't like holding a camera and talking to it. Haha. But, seriously?
"Should I just become a YouTuber?"
A lot of people have begun using the vid.me platform too. It's a growing platform, and a lot of people have moved over to it because of issues with youtubes new monetization policies.

Yeah. I saw that too. I actually uploaded a lot of videos in my channel but all of them are in private. It's like my personal video-keeper. I don't publish 'em, really.
