Vietnamese food - duck eggs

Make:

  • Boiled eggs are drained, drained. When boiling pot 1 teaspoon salt into the egg does not break.

  • When the eggs drain, roll the eggs on a paste and add to the pan.

  • Minced garlic, with 100ml water, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon chili, 1/2 tablespoon spices and 1 tablespoon fish sauce. Mix with boiling water, remove eggs, bring fire down small. When sauce comes around and surrounds the egg, turn off the stove, place the cut vegetables.
