Value of votes: Should they really be so unevenly distributed?steemCreated with Sketch.

I wonder if it's really good if the value of votes is so unevenly distributed as current.
First of all, the remark beforehand that I find it quite appropriate if the value of a vote depending on participation, reputation, etc. is different.
But does it really have to be that there are users whose vote is worth more than $ 10 and other users whose vote is not even worth $ 0.01 - so f.e. by me and that although I meanwhile already have a reputation of 51.
As I see it, I have to multiply my Steempower before I get to a vote of $ 0.01 at some point.
My guess is that a beginner's vote is less than a tenth of $ 0.01.
How do you generally find that there are such grave differences in votes?
Would not it be enough if the vote of "top people" here by a factor of 100 differs from that of a beginner?
Does it have to be 50,000 or 100,000 times that of a beginner?
