Voting Bandwidth

Hello

I was wondering if someone could explain the contents on this site https://steemd.com/@(your username) for me and my account? I check it earlier and was at 9.47% voting power but it has gone up, and I have no clue as to what the bandwidth is for, nor any of the information underneath it all. Any help would be appreciated.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
