Virtual Reality technology is here. Devices that let you be anywhere with anyone at anytime.You can put on a VR headset and suddenly be transported anywhere in the world as long as it was captured with a 360 video camera (preferably in 4k or higher and in 3d) and suddenly you will be immersed that location of your choosing. If you captured it yourself, it’s like traveling back to a moment of time. I know it sounds nuts, but it’s true.

It doesn’t need to be a solo experience either. You can invite your friends to meetup in a VR environment, either a 360 image from a collection (like vtime) or 360 videos like Facebook Spaces, There’s also room scale gaming multi-player gaming environments like Playstation’s Sports bar Star Trek or werewolves within or social virtual worlds like Sansar and other social VR MMO platforms known as ‘metaverses’ (my fav is the blockchain based crypto-territory metaverse called Decentraland) or Altspace RIP
