What does "燒肉" actually mean? I'm assuming that if you're reading this, you have a good grasp of English, but I'll also assume that you don't understand Chinese or Japanese Kanji. These two characters mean barbecue meat. This is one of the most popular and highly regarded Wagyu beef restaurants and I'm wholly excited to try it out.
In case you didn't know, Wagyu beef differs from regular beef in a couple ways. In a nutshell, Wagyu beef is all about the fat marbling in the meat. This is what gives it the rich flavour. Depending on which grade of meat you get, Wagyu should melt in your mouth.
