Steemit friends! This time I want to share my #walkwithme story with you, May be useful especially for myself and my friends all.

Well, you guys must be familiar with the photos in my posting this, Yes, Crackers are very in interest by these children are commonly called "crackers cengek".

Incidentally today I visited one of the manufacture of "cousin kerupu" in the intersection ulim, east Aceh, Indonesia,

Nah, Kalian pasti tidak asing lagi dengan foto di postingan saya ini, Ya, Kerupuk yang sangat di minati oleh anak-anak ini biasa di sebut "kerupuk cengek" .
Kebetulan hari ini saya berkunjung ke salah satu tempat pembuatan "kerupu cengek" di simpang ulim, Aceh timur, Indonesia,

The process of making crackers is very easy, crackers are already in the drying is ready for the market, the process of drying takes only 2 or 3 days. Then kerupun was ready to be sold at a price of 14 thousand rupiah 1 kg.

Proses pembuatan kerupuk ini sangat mudah, Kerupuk yang sudah di jemur ini sudah siap untuk di pasarkan, Proses penjemuran hanya memakan waktu 2 atau 3 hari saja. Kemudian kerupun pun siap untuk di jual dengan harga 14 ribu rupiah 1 kg.
Namun sebelum nya saya ingin mengajak kalian untuk melihat cara pembuatan kerupuk cengek ini.😊

Previously, the cracker is a mixture of sweet potato flour mixed with peanuts, butter, water and sweeteners, then after mixed in the dough was stirred until thickened, After that the dough in cooking with high temperature.

Sebelumnya, kerupuk tersebut adalah adonan tepung ubi yang di campur dengan kacang , mentega , air dan pemanis, Kemudian setelah di campur adonan pun di aduk hingga mengental, Setelah itu barulah adonan di masak dengan suhu yang tinggi.

The dough is cooking 2 to 3 hours, this process must be kept so that the dough does not peel

Adonan di masak 2 hingga 3 jam,proses ini harus di jaga supaya adonan tidak mengupal

The location of its making was quite simple, only in need of some tools only,

Lokasi pembuatan nya pun cukup sederhana,hanya di butuhkan beberapa alat saja,

After the dough looks really cooked then the dough is left for several hours to harden and can be cut into pieces or in print, Usually people here are still using traditional tools that is by cutting the dough by using a knife.

Setelah adonan terlihat benar-benar matang maka adonan di diamkan beberapa jam supaya mengeras dan bisa di potong-potong atau di cetak, Biasanya masyarakat di sini masih menggunakan alat tradisional yaitu dengan cara memotong adonan dengan menggunakan pisau.

Kalian bisa melihat sendiri seorang ibu terlihat sedang memotong-motong cetakan adonan menjadi kerupuk.
Proses ini sangat lama, Karna mereka memotong nya dengan memakai pisau.

Setelah semua adonan di potong atau di cetak, Maka kerupuk yang masih lembek ini di letakkan dengan rapi di atas keranjang untuk di jemur

Keranjang penjemuran terbuat dari jaring dan kayu, Kerupuk ini tidak harus di bolak-balik ketika di jemur,lantaran kerupuk cengek ini sangat tipis.
