Late Afternoon Drive in Montgomery County ~ Part 2 of 2

in walkwithme •  7 years ago  (edited)

Second set of captures from a late afternoon drive in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania which has lots of rural farm land and plenty of peaceful, bucolic views.

These photos present a few barns, silos, and old farm houses.

While driving around yesterday I saw:

  • a red fox (it quickly ran away, jumped over a lazy dog, and I missed the photo op),
  • a pheasant (captured in the 3rd image below),
  • and a farm with a lot of alpacas (post on-deck).

All the shots are really amazing but the monochrome one's damn that is something really stunning

I'm from Montgomery County. It was mostly very rural when I was a kid. Now it's very suburbanized.

Extremely peaceful old farm and silo's captures taken from Pennsylvania. Seems very cool and calm.

I think I would enjoy living in such peaceful surroundings. Thanks for sharing

The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog. How fast can you type?? Did you know that sentence uses all the letters of the alphabet?

These definitely are pastoral photos....love them all. Each one has a different angle with the last one saying Welcome Home.

Great looking old barns and houses. Plenty of character in these structures.

Those are some really pretty barns. Here in TN farming is pretty much dead so you'll see hundreds of barns but they are all falling apart and condemned. We don't have pretty barns here which is a shame. Neat little pheasant. I've never seen a real one before.

That's a really nice looking farm. Looks like the perfect place to sit down and write a best selling novel. I hope one day I can afford to live in some quiet seclusion like that. These are some beautiful shots also.

Looks so beautiful and amazing place dear nice shots once again :)
