Run/Walk with me by the trains!

Steemit has been a positive influence on me in so many ways. I have become bolder, braver, probably funnier😋 , and have met so many awesome people since December when I first got my mind blown by this place. Now you guys have influenced me to exercise????!! WHAT

Anxiety remedy

I suffer from some pretty intense anxiety and it really gets in the way of who I want to be. I overthink stuff and get crushing feelings inside of my body like i am imploding, and sometimes it makes me be a weirdo toward people i am close to also! I am doing so much better than I have been in years, but that almost makes me more aware of how the anxiety often undermines my best of days. I was talking to people about this and separate people suggested I exercise to help it . @tanishqyeverma today was telling me I should run.

I was sitting at my desk ...

This is a table that is at standing height. It is handmade from a door. It has paint all over it because it is where I also make art. I sit on a barstool when I use my computer. Its a huge mess today. Thats my ripped up mouse pad that I found somewhere because even though its baseball and I hate it...I am a scavenger. And my planner, notebook, some mail over there, a few toys and a drawing of kitties I made on some junk mail... the past few days I have been kind of a brainstormy creative slob haha. Its ok. I will get it back to normal again ...someday..

I thought to myself...hmm not very Minimalist... I could clean this mess... or I could go for a run....

I peeked out the window to see what the weather looked like out there. Not bad I guess. Just beyond those houses is the train yard. You can also see the legs of a toy dino.

Screw it I am doing this thing!!! For extra motivation, my favorite leggings. Warewolves.

Somehow my dog read my mind and was all excited. Here is a picture of him looking happily at me asking me to hurry up and stop taking selfies. These are my favorite pants. I usually just sleep in them so this was their first bold appearance in public!

These are blurry because we are just moving around a lot like the animated creatures that we are. And cuz he was hurrying me up. So this is what you get. Blame the dog.

I ran around over here by the trains. I did a loop that took me about an hour

I didnt take a lot of pictures because I was walking and running but I took a few. It felt great to be outside. I also took video of the trains so you could hear some of the sounds but youtube wont upload it!!! So dumb.

On the way , I went through this tunnel

I didnt design this mural but knew the guy who did, so I was one of many people who helped to paint it.

And then I made it home! Happy and proud !

When it comes to being a total minimalist.. I just find the balance that makes me feel good. I get rid of stuff every week.
But i also get messy sometimes! Thats just me ! I try not to sweat it , and I just pay attention to how overwhelmed I am. If i start getting overwhelmed, I get rid of things. I currently have a whole bag of clothes to get rid of, and some random items I want to sell like a camera and a microscope and stuff. I think I am going to sell most of my earrings, too! Just FYI!

Thank you to my friends who tell me to do things that are good for me. I am filled with gratitude that you boss me around. I actually miss running and its another one of those things I have been a little afraid to do since I hit my head. I am competitive enough that if someone challenges me to do something reasonable, I will accept the challenge... I want to feel good in life, so I am willing to try just about anything! I did feel great when I got home. Keep bossing me around please! :)
