Viral, Patients in Mancak Attack Picked Car Cargo While ambulance lined parking

It is very worrying if we see the health services that exist in our area. 3 ambulances lined up but the patient traveled to the hospital using a cement / sand transport car. Then what is the ambulance car? make a display... !! regulations are burdensome and confusing ..
