The Storm Is Over

Two days of fierce winds and a bit of snow thrown in for fun. Our power stayed on thank goodness, though we did lose the internet for 24 hours. I read 200 pages of my book yesterday and enjoyed every minute of it.

Today I awoke to the sun, and fairly mild weather. After being cooped up for so long we made the most of the day, playing outside and even dragging Dad @hendrix22 out there again after supper. Despite the late winter storms, beautiful spring is on its way, nothing can stop it.

Playing soccer. I like this game because I can keep my hands in my pockets to play it. I still haven't mastered the art of dressing appropriately for weather you see.
