hello my steemit friends @zahrulpasee want to share stories about coffee.
Coffee drinks are commonly identified with black and bitter taste is indeed considered as a drink that can arouse the drinkernya.Selain, coffee is also a lot of benefits when consumed fairly. No wonder if this drink many penggemarnya.Tapi, have you ever asked why always there is a foam on the surface of your cup of coffee?
This coffee foam is the result of a chemical reaction that occurs from the process of making coffee and known as "bloom". Roasted coffee (roasted) causes a gas called carbon dioxide (CO2) to be trapped inside every coffee bean.
This is why we used to find a hole that is also called a valve on the coffee packaging that serves as a place of discharge of CO2 and prevent oxygen from entering. When the coffee powder is brewed with hot water, the gas in the coffee is released, CO2 gas trapped in the coffee beans will detachable and cause foam on the surface of the water.
Apparently, bubble foam in coffee also has an important role. This bubble foam serves as an indicator of whether or not fresh coffee we drink. The more coffee foam that there is coffee is still new or fresh. The point is, whether the roasting process is the key how much CO2 who is trapped in coffee.
Simply put, the roasted coffee usually contains more CO2. The longer the coffee, the less CO2 is in it. And if at the time of brewing the bubbles on the surface of the coffee is not so much, it could be that coffee is not consumed coffee which is fresh or new in-roasting.But how ever, the end result of a delicious coffee lies in the flavor of being sipped.
