Step 1: Open the Bitcoin Cash application and go to “Settings” and then “Public Key export approval.”
Step 2: Next, you will need to select one of two options, which include “Manual approval” and “Auto approval.” Select the option that best suits your needs.
Step 3: If you are using a CashAddr then you will need to convert your address since Ledger does not support it. (This is the most common reason as to why you are getting the error message.)
