After holding and using this graphics card for 9 months, I just found this on one of the screws on the back... If anyone has a Powercolor video card and see this let me know in the comments.

Here in the USA, technically they are illegal. However, it would cost more to hire the lawyer to fight this, so for a long time, no one has fought it.
