I just started using the eco krystal gel because it was t he only kind of gel they had at CVS, and my curls have been so poppin, like they form of the curl has change. The gel was the only change in my hair ruitene but the only complaint /stupid personal rant is the fact that it didn't stretch my curls that great as the Argan oil one. I guess a stretching cream can help with that though.
