Day 1 was OK,
now I feel like almost fainting.
Had a couple of coffees and am back to water. Just bought a 3 liter bottle. Enough for the rest of the day.
OK, tht's all for now. Is it really possible to only drink water all the time? I know the answer but it sounds impossible.
Fainting feeling now disappeared after a couple of sips.
Legends never die :D

Think the tricky part is understanding how much water you need to drink and doing so. Will be working on up to a month water fast next year. Last year I ate one meal every two to three days drinking just water in between.

It's around 3 liters a day or 0.7 gallons. Not everything at once but everytime you feel hungry a glass. I never tried that "every 3 day eating" diet. Did you do it to lose fat and did it work or what were the reasons? I am doing this to get rid of the belly fat and to check out the effects in general. It's also good for the wallet.

it's a not a good choice either to drink one thing. man needs energy to do work. for this purpose he needs different types of nutrients. all the best. keep sharing @shla-rafia
