Do you think water is healthful? It should be! Let’s look at the world-wide-spread problems that are caused by dehydration and how this can be remedied.
So, what are the main causes of water loss?
Drought or lack of water intake
Lack of thirst
Lack of movement to work, school or home
If a person has been drinking a lot of water for a long time, but due an illness or accident, is not drinking enough, then there is also an issue of fluid retention problem. The reason being that the kidneys work very hard to help with the waste of water. After a while, it gets so much that even after drinking all that water the whole day if not in one sitting it starts to become harmful. This leads to the body retaining water which results in various health issues such as dehydration.
How does a healthy body maintain its normal water balance?
The body requires about 120 litres of water and with the average adult being around 8.5 litres per day, then it becomes more significant if a person keeps the intake steady and regular. To keep the body hydrated, one must keep on using hydrates, and a healthy diet as well, otherwise they would get depleted of all their precious fluids as well.
How do we get the proper amount of water intake and ensure that no amount of urine takes over our body?
Water can be consumed in the form of tea, coffee and other beverages. If a person wants to drink water from the bottle but it runs out very quickly, then it makes a good choice to have this water from the faucet. There are different types of containers also but the most common is the plastic container. If you don’t want to carry any extra containers then a glass jar or cans would be ideal for you. However, a plastic bag that fits perfectly inside your backpack is a very convenient option. You can carry these bags with you everywhere for quick access to water without having to carry them within your bag. These days there is plenty of information available to help you manage the daily water intake so that a healthy individual gets a right amount of water intake by ensuring that all the water intake comes from a pot or container. One can use their own bottles, jars, mugs, etc.
So now, let us look at some simple water solutions that you can try to give back to your body after drinking water too fast.
Protein shake
Protein Shake
There is nothing wrong in taking water as an alternative to coffee or soda like protein shake. In fact, even those who take caffeine in larger doses end up getting fatigued after working for more than 16 hours (and drinking more than 6) and hence are advised to practice less coffee intake. A protein shake has been used for ages and is proven to fight fatigue, but for those with low protein intake or have food allergies, this could cause severe allergic reactions if taken in large amounts and even more if it gets mixed with salt. So, while everyone may benefit from this, especially if someone is allergic to certain vegetables or food, it is always advisable to consult your doctor before consuming it. You can try giving it in small quantities for example 0.1g and then only 1/2g. If you are having a hard time getting it or need a little supplement, then you will need a protein bar.
So, if you have trouble getting your hands on fresh fruit or other items that you need to drink water from then you can ask your local grocery store or nearest supermarket and see if they have a list of fruits and vegetables that they have for sale, this way you can buy fresh fruit. You can make sure that the water you are going to take is filtered so that it doesn't contain germs or bacteria that may cause spoilage. Also, you need to ask your doctor to check whether the water you need is completely safe to drink so that both the water as well as the food you drink are fully safe. If you find yourself thirsty and are unsure how to cope your situation, then you can try some light or warm drinks to help soothe your nerves instead of plain tap water, that will help increase the supply of energy within your brain so that you can focus well for a longer period. If you were to look ahead at the other benefits of drinking water then I guess what is up for grabs is not actually the health benefits and more importantly the convenience. Having water is essential but that does not mean that you should give the water away every second of the day to your organism. Don’t force something you didn’t plan on.
Water is extremely important in life of humans so even people that have no drinking history in them can benefit from it. It might seem odd to say but there are actually a number of ways that you can benefit from water.
A healthy diet is a step forward in the right direction though, as I have discussed above as well as other health benefits of drinking plenty of water but if you are looking for a better solution try to change the habit of drinking water every second ofyour day to the natural part of the day when you feel hungry. If it’s just for you, you need to remember the importance of having breakfast first! Breakfast is one of my favorite meals of the day that I tend to eat anywhere that I can afford to go. When I wake up I prefer to have a delicious bowl of rice or some chicken curry. But now that I am drinking lots of water I prefer to do things a little healthier. For whatever reason, I started eating organic when I was drinking lots of water. I realized that just because I was drinking so much water that it was affecting my appetite not only physically but also mentally as well. I have learned that if I can control my hunger then I am able to control my thirst, this is why I had made it a point to not overdrink. Nowadays, I don’t have a problem going into a restaurant and getting a high grade meal, I can easily go through that because of having less water intake. On the flip side, I have tried not to overconsume the same thing every day and I have found it to be easier than ever to stay hydrated. Since many doctors nowadays advise people to drink the water they already have in their homes so that it is easy and efficient to consume. I had to make a habit of drinking clean, pure and filtered water from fountains so that it would not be contaminated with chemicals or bacteria that may harm my liver or intestines or be harmful to my internal organs. At times, I used to put everything aside to clean the cup and pour in the water. I found by doing this, the waste water was saved as well and I wouldn’t have to wait till when the next time I would be throwing away my leftovers. It took me a long time but now I have finally managed to stay hydrated as well as I wanted.
