While it may not be a scam in your opinion, it could be considered spam. Spam is not appreciated by the community and could be flagged or may result in action from the cheetah bot..

Surprising how unreceptive people are to this and here of all places. I had people telling me they don't use the internet. like... really? I am not endorsing this nor am I asking you to invest. You sign up and get an account and 50 tokens. I'm sorry, but they're offering a lot of money to advertise. If you think it's a scam, can you post proof instead of just downvoting me?
