How to make a website

Hello Friends,

This is totally for newbies how to make a website and i am also newbie here so if i am doing something wrong please let me know.

OK for web site basic we need HTML and CSS to learn. We will start with HTML and CSS nothing more like latest HTML5 and CSS3 as we will discuss later when we go ahead.

I will post more simple web page and then CSS later and anybody please update or correct me if i am doing wrong as i said i am totally new and learning.
