    well he wouldn't tell them what to do he would just give suggestions. lol. he's a trouble shooter and consultant. he is always doing special jobs for Boeing when they have something their engineers can't figure out, lots of high tech aircraft stuff. So his specialty is finding problems and then designing fixes. technical people love him because they speak the same language.
    oh, he's also a rock hound, gem collector and jewelry maker. among many other things.
