Ganja growing light

Growing plants indoor requires a source of light which will replace the sun, the biggest light source of all.
In order to manipulate our indoor plants we can you diffrent kind of bulbw which called high pressure lamps.
In the picture on the bottom there is a metal hilide bulb which acts like a winter sun gives 90k lumins and can luminate a surface of 1.2 by 1.2 meters.
This bulb should be placed 60 cm above the plants and is suitible for the vegging stage.
