Weekend Recipes #15 / Quail Egg with Balinese Spice - Telur Puyuh Bumbu Bali

Hi Steemians...

Today is March 25, 2018, the fourth weekend in March 2018. This weekend's recipe is Quail Egg with Balinese Spice . The recipe is as follows:



Ingredients :

30 Quail eggs
1 piece of potato
6 cloves of shallot
4 cloves garlic
7 red chili peppers
1 cm turmeric
4 candlenuts
7 pieces of cayenne pepper
Salt
Oil for sauteing
1 stalk of lemongrass
2 kaffir lime leaves

Steps :

Prepare all ingredients





Boil the quail egg, peel the skin and fry. Cut Potato box-shaped and then fried



Process the garlic, shallots, red pepper, cayenne pepper, turmeric and candlenuts in food processor until fairly well blended

Prepare the skillet, heat the oil, stir-fry the spices, lemongrass and lime leaves



Add the quail eggs and potatoes, cook until the spices dry



Ready to serve

Hari ini 25 Maret 2018 , akhir pekan keempat di bulan Maret 2018. Resep akhir pekan kali ini adalah Telur Puyuh Bumbu Bali. Resepnya adalah sebagai berikut :

Bahan-bahan :

30 Butir telur puyuh
1 buah kentang
6 siung bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
7 buah cabe merah
1 cm Kunyit
4 butir kemiri
7 buah cabe rawit
Garam
Minyak untuk menumis
1 batang Serai
2 lembar daun jeruk

Cara Membuatnya :

  1. Siapkan semua bahan.
  2. Rebus telur puyuh, kupas kulitnya dan goreng. Kentang dipotong kotak kemudian digoreng.
  3. Bawang merah, bawang putih, cabe merah, cabe rawit, kunyit dan kemiri dihaluskan
  4. Siapkan wajan, panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus, serai dan daun jeruk
  5. Masukkan telur puyuh dan kentang, masak hingga bumbu kering
  6. Siap untuk dihidangkan
