Striving for flawless skin, a flat stomach, and long luscious locks? Put down the contouring kit and look no further. There's beautiful girls all over the internet showing off their tiny tummies and giving a shout out to their magic wraps, swearing their clear skin is the product of a cream, their long locks a result of a leave in spray. WAIT! Don't go running, I of all people know how scary that word is at first. I used to be one of those people who swore I'd die without meat and cheese. I basically lived off dominos and frappes. Within one week of switching to a vegan diet i saw a tremendous decline in my acne ( all dairy causes acne) and I had dropped 5 pounds. Within two weeks my acne was non existent I had dropped another 3 pounds and was beginning to see a big decline in midday bloating. After 4 months I had lost 30 pounds my hair had become fuller, longer and overall more vibrant. I also felt incredibly energized, my meals left me feeling refueld rather than weighed down. I began using this boost of energy to take my son on daily walks which made us both even happier.
