I was able to attain a certain weight after a number of months of hard work and determination, and I felt very pleased with myself. My friends saw the weight loss improvements and were appreciative of the commitment I took to get there. This could be true, but it could also easily lead to a return of my poor behaviors and, of course, weight issues. I made the decision to continue with fruit, and as a result, my cabinets are still free of the junk food that I like to eat but that is bad for my weight.
