Well dunn Car Insurance. Review.

I have always had business car insurance ever since I was pulled by the police for not having correct insurance while delivering pizza.

I decided to go for an insurance company that specialised in the industry that I worked in, but this has turned out to be a pain in my arse.

Well dunn was the only option as they offered me a good rate for the cover that I needed, or so I thought.

I have had to change cars a number of times, this is because I keep buying bangers that only last a month or two and then I move to the next one.

I recently bought a zafira, contacted well dunn and they went with the change over to this car.

I was told that there was no change in my policy and the payments would be the same until my cover ended.

My payments were £140 per month, knowing that I only had a few month left with them I carried on the insurance thinking that everything would be alright.

A day before my insurance was due out, I received an email saying that the premium that I had discussed had been put in place and my new amount would be taken on the same day.

£222 was taken out of my account without my knowledge of any payment changers.

Straight on to the blower to complain.

Customer service is not their strong suit, in fact it's the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

They can't help you, you might as well contact another car insurance company and talk about your account to get more sense in what is going off.

They told me that they were going to look into it and if there was an error on their side they would refund me the difference.

They gave me a date, and nothing happened, I made another phone call, and they told me it was still getting looked into.

And then I phoned them again before the next payment, and still no information.

After reading other reviews on this company I now wish that I hadn't gone with them, they seem to no know their arse from their elbows.

I have to make another phone call, again to their non existent customer service department and try and sort out this mistake that they seem to like to make.

I have had other problems since taking out my policy, like not sending my policy to me, not updating me on policy changers. and even losing my details and not been able to find me on their system.

If I was you I would stay clear of this company and let them go broke, there is no point in using them as I wouldn't like to think about what they would do if you had an accident.
