While happiness is affected by DNA and life situation, professor, at University of California Riverside, Sonja Lyubomirsky suggests in her bestseller The How of Happiness that we still control over 40% of our all-time happiness.” This is the operating foundation for the Wellmee application. Because happier people are more productive employers will benefit from Wellmee usage outcome. Application of a complex algorithm and the metrics deep within the application, employers will witness how efficient is the application when it improves their employees, and on this, they will reward their employees with Wellmee tokens.

Background, Problem, and Solution

Generally, currently, there are approximately 3.25 billion people employed globally. The number of smartphone users has reached 2.53 billion in this year globally. This gives us a chance to cooperate with thousands of employers in the range from small SMEs of 1-50 employees to huge global corporation with tens of thousands of employees.
