Fall has begun, so three views, first one from up at Morgans landing in Sterling, Alaska.
This was the view on 9-17-18. I think our sunshine is pretty much gone for awhile we have had a lot of overcast type days again, with some evening rains. Oh and a lot of wind, I mean a whole lot of wind the last couple days, I think it was remnants of one of those North Pacific Typhoons. Parts of the Peninsula even lost power. So fall was just coming into being back then.
The next two shots are of a road way lake in Kasilof, it is pretty much on a curve and you can almost miss it as you drive by, but with the overcast and featureless sky, it certainly had a mirror like quality view. I almost drove past it before I even realized we had come up on it and I wanted and had planed to stop by it for a few pictures.
These two pictures were taken today 9-26-18. All three were taken by me, and I am the source of the pictures. All images were cropped and resized.
I hope you enjoyed my #wetwednesday features.
