The movement created as a memorial to the young man who has yet to be located following the incident helped activist Ronald Savage pose the question. Davis also attributes that the idea to name the movement originally came from the Brian Williams aka Baby ‘’Bird Man’’ smash hit ‘’What Happened To That Boy’’ featuring rap duo ‘’Clipse’’.
