How can i get noticed by a whale?

I am a newbie and i have been told that if you would want to get upvotes and replies to you post you need just to get you content noticed by a big whale. I also understand that the see is big and we are many little fishes but also whales do exist and we need to notice them helping us out and telling us, do this that and dont do that for as to get bigger. I the minority am looking for a whale. Please notice me
