You are jjc indeed. Well SBD is the currency you earn writing posts and commenting on steemit apart from another 8th Eric cryptocurrency you can also earn here which is referred to as Steem. After earning this, you can sell it just like selling other cryptocurrencies and you will be given the exchange value in the currency you spend in your country.
