Support the minnows, Don't call our post crab_We are doing our best

It is not nice to see people who has been made not being supportive to those who are just coming up.

Sometimes life can be unfriendly to people, they look for a way to stand, they are very good, they are talented, everyday they take out time to create contents, infact they now see Steemit as job.

If they are earning well I am sure most of them won't be here, i know most big guys here always say we should not focus on the money at first but instead work hard. But let's be realistic, everyone joined Steemit so they will be rewarded,( WE GOT BILLS TO PAY TOO AND WE WANT TO WORK FOR IT) but at the end of the day if 50% struggle through it is certain that 25% out of the 50% will fall by the way side. I am very certain that if most Dolphins/Whales are supportive, the minnows will break even and they will do better.

There is a law of giving and receiving that I know and it still works, wherever you are and whatever you do, be that person that makes people, that supports the new ones. We might not be as good as you think but hey! For putting up the courage to be on Steemit and grow is worth the support.

Now, I am not saying that all the big guys here don't help, I know few that are always Willing to help.

How do we resolve this issue of making minnows fellow Dolphin/Whale? For most minnow to grow theyIMG_20180218_154504_363.JPG need support and encouragement from the Dolphins/Whales. When you see our post consider it that we are just beginning and we are still learning, don't call it crab, comment on it and make the necessary corrections, that way we get better.

Today I want to appeal to the big guys on Steemit to stop snobbing our post but instead give us the full support we need.
