I discovered Steemit only few weeks ago.
When I discovered WhaleShares logo contest it was already over. But it didnt stop me to accept this challenge and create one. Just for fun.
Today I will share with you my process.
STEP 1 - Research and brief examination
These conditions were quite demanding, especialy the Steemit logo.
Entries must be 1000 px x 1000 px square
Entries must be in .png format with a clear background
Entries must include the Bitshares and Steem logos
Entries must include a whale
The inspiration
STEP 2 - Sketches and brainstorming
(I know these are ugly, but they are authentic)
STEP 3 - Vectorizing the ideas in Illustrator
I recorded my work for you :)

STEP 4 - Typeface and color variants
