Execution:

Let's start with cooking rice, it takes about 40 minutes.

Now we wash the salmon, peel it and cut into a thick cube about 4 x 4 cm, put the fish in a bowl, then peel the orange from the skin and cut the smaller cube, add it together with the remaining spices to the salmon and mix.
Leave it for 20 minutes to let everything chew.

We put salmon on a very hot pan, without marinade, and fry it on gold, when the salmon is ready add the marinade and oranges then cook everything for two more minutes, to the moment when the sauce is slightly reduced.

Cut off the asparagus tips (about 3 cm) and drop into boiling salted water, add sugar, cook for about 20 minutes to make the asparagus al dente.

We put out the cooked rice, make a small crater in which we put the salmon with the sauce, next place the asparagus, sprinkle on the top with sliced green onion and sesame seeds.

And all this delicious salmon has just landed on your table! :) Enjoy it and let me know what you think about it ...
Enjoy - steemians :)

Nie przepraszaj:) Świetnie Ci idzie!

Ciekawy przepis na rybę. Uwielbiam łososia i zazwyczaj używam tylko soli, pieprzu i oliwy z oliwek do niego.

Sokiem pomarańczowym (z dodatkami) marynuję tofu.

Dziękuję. 😄
