What's Cooking Challenge - Caramel Cheesecake Martini

Caramel Cheesecake Martini

On days when you are looking for something a little sweet and a little potent, give this cocktail a try at happy hour.

Ingredients

2 oz Vanilla Vodka
2 oz Whipped Cream Vodka
2 oz Half and Half or Light Cream
Gram cracker crumbs
Honey
Caramel sauce
Gram cracker or soft caramel candy

Vanilla Vodka

Whipped Cream Vodka

Half and Half

Gram cracker crumbs

Caramel sauce

What to do

Pour equal parts vanilla vodka, whipped cream vodka and half and half over ice in a shaker

Meanwhile coat the rim of a martini glass with honey and dip it in the cracker crumbs. It may look a little messy, but don't worry your taste buds won't notice!

Drizzle the caramel syrup around the inside of the glass

Give the vodkas and cream a little shake and pour them into the glass. Garnish with a gram cracker or a soft caramel candy.
